Overview:

Adrian and Santana have been best friends since they got stuck in an elevator together (Alone in a crowd season 1 episode 4). They like to tell each other everything and they are usually completly honest with each other and hate it when on of them keeps something from them (Season 2 episode 16). They know loads about each other and know each other much more that everybody else knows them. Adrian and Santana usually call each other by there nicknames (He calls her Mama, she calls him Santiago). This is one of the many ways in which they show affection for one another.
